POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
- Inside Sales Representative
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of projects and equipment sales volume, profitability targets, client service and satisfaction and sustainable growing customer relationships.
- Generate new sales by contacting the customer by telephone and direct mail (email, fax, letters). Identify and anticipate customer needs. Promote product and service offerings. Identify and provide solutions/services to meet clients needs.
- Prepare responsive quotations to support sales volume targets by providing quick, complete and accurate information to sales and other QCI personnel. Cost-effectively manage business product literature to insure accuracy, timeliness and availability of product information.
- Provide sales support through the creation of systems design documentation, project status reports, project manuals, and through research of information, publishing of documents and distribution of product literature.
- Build relationships with customers of trust and confidence obtaining preferred vendor status by resolving problems and serving client needs quickly, accurately and completely. Follow up regularly and proactively with customers. Periodically visit clients at their location.
- Manage client orders and service requisitions to successful completion through quick and accurate order entry, order management, regular project/order status reviews, troubleshooting and timely communications to the client and vendors.
- Identify and implement business improvement ideas which streamline operations or improve customer offerings. Evaluate practices of QCI and support services to deliver results (do things cheaper, better, faster) to meet financial goals and business plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President or his designee.

Regional Sales Representative
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of assigned sales territory resulting in meeting sales and profit targets for projects and equipment. Consistently grow sales revenues by customer and in total for the region. Develop sustainable client relationships and account base through customer services and client satisfaction initiatives.
- Create and implement effective selling methods to develop assigned region/territory. Generate leads, qualify opportunities, initiate follow up actions, generate effective bids and successfully close opportunities in a timely manner for combustion equipment and projects sales goals.
- Meet Identified sales, profit and account penetration goals. Build relationships with customers of trust and confidence obtaining preferred supplier arrangements by proactively providing status, information and resolving issues completely and quickly.
- Manage clients and orders successfully by project reviews to assess production performance, customer services and requirements and budget/schedule performance. Resolve client issues and insure QCI cash performance expectations are met.
- Identify and define opportunities and required actions to strengthen QCI competitive position and competitive actions.
- Identify and implement business improvement ideas to streamline operations, improve service offerings, and support attainment of QCI goals.
